Lloyd Flett - Norway House - Board Chair
Lloyd Flett is no stranger to the Burntwood Regional Health Authority having last served as the Board member in 2006, when he served as the chair. He was first appointed to the BRHA Board in 1996 as one of the inaugural members He is a resident of Norway House, where he is the former Mayor of the Norway House Community Council and is currently employed as the administrator of the Norway House Community Council.

 
 
 
 
 
Anne Kenny Thompson - Lynn Lake
Anne Kenny Thompson moved to Lynn Lake in 1996 from her hometown of Bathhurst, New Brunswick. She has been employed by Manitoba Conservation for the past eight years, where she currently works as the District Clerk, where she deals with the general public, not only from Lynn Lake, but the surrounding communities of Brochet, Lac Brochet and Pukatawagan. Since July 2005, she had been a member of the Lynn Lake District Health Advisory Council and has served as chair for one year. She feels that we should all be concerned about health matters and finding ways to better the system.

 
 
 
 
 

 
Hilda Dysart - South Indian Lake
Hilda Dysart is a life-long resident of South Indian Lake. She is employed at the Oscar Blackburn School for the past 25 years, where she is a school counselor. Her volunteer pursuits are many, being involved with church, school and community events over the years. She first became involved in health issues when she was a member of the Northern Affairs District Health Advisory Council for a span of five years. She understands that many social problems in the communities are linked to health issues, and is one of the reasons she has chosen to serve on the BRHA Board of Directors.

 
 
 
 
 

 
Frances Hall - Wabowden
Frances Hall has been on the Burntwood Regional Health Authority's Board of Directors since 2006. She is a life-long resident of Wabowden. She worked as a nutrion and health advisor at Mel Johnson School from 1976 to 1995. She currently serves as a trustee on the Frontier School Division and is a former Councillor of the Wabowden Community Council. She served on the Northern Affairs district Health Advisory Council before being appointed to the BRHA Board.

Joanne Pronteau-Bignell – Thicket Portage
Joanne was born in The Pas, but has lived in Thicket Portage for most of her life. A proud Metis person, she currently works for the Thicket Portage Community Council as the Community Administration Officer for the past 18 years. She has been involved with the Thicket Portage School Committee, the Thompson/Thicket Portage Local Manitoba Metis Federation Committee, the Northern Affairs District Health Advisory Council and has been a volunteer for the YWCA in Thompson. she works with the other Board members to improve the health care offered to residents of the region, and learn about all the aspects that this entails.

Bill Sanderson - Thompson
Bill is an Aboriginal person who was raised in St. Laurent and later lived briefly in Winnipeg. He is currently the Executive Director of the Aboriginal Continuing Education Services in Thompson. He was previously employed by the University College of the North in Thompson. He also was previously the Vice-Chair of the Winnipeg School Division. He received his Bachelor of Education Degree and is completing his Master of Education Degree from the University of Manitoba.
